Problem
Cognos Analytics imports metadata for stored procedures by using the JDBC standard DatabaseMetadata interface methods.
The result set returned by the Amazon Redshift JDBC driver incorrectly describes the passing direction of input parameters in a stored procedure.
The default metadata created in Framework Manager does not include those parameters.

Symptom
A stored procedure is imported which is defined in Amazon Redshift to have one or more input parameters.
The stored procedure object in Framework Manager does not include metadata for those parameters.
