Error description

  • Steps to reproduce:
    1 - Log into Maximo
    2 - Navigate to Go To -> Administration -> Resources -> Labor,
    Labor application is displayed.
    3 - Press Enter to populate data, Labor data is populated. 
    
     4 - Press SHIFT+TAB and navigate back to the down arrow, Down
    arrow selected. 
    
    5 - The fly over for the Down arrow icon showed Press CTRL +
    Down or CTRL + ALT + Down key ( with accessibility turned on ) ,
    but neither of these key combination works. ( see screen shot
    for reference )
