  * USERS AFFECTED: All users of Online Structure Change         *
  *                 utility in Fast Path Solution Pack Version   *
  *                 2 Release 1 (FMID: HAHQ210).                 *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR has enhanced the Online       *
  *                      Structure Change utility (OSC) to       *
  *                      provide a new ATASKCTL keyword.         *
  *                      Specifying an appropriate value on      *
  *                      this keyword can improve performance    *
  *                      of the internal ANALYZE job.            *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  OSC has been enhanced to provide a new ATASKCTL keyword, so the
  users can specify the maximum number of input areas to be
  analyzed concurrently, which can help improve performance.
  Also, This APAR has addressed the following issues:
  1. Enables coexistence of logger exit routines for the Online
  Structure Change utility and for other OEM by using the IMS
  refreshable logger exit routine.
  2. The following internal jobs for the Online Structure Change
  utility have been modified.
  - xxxxxxD0, xxxxxxT0 and xxxxxxV0 have been modified to use
  DBRSYNC and STASYNC commands of IMS Tools Online System
  interface (TOSI) instead of IMS commands.
  - Incorrect parameter for the batch SPOC utility has been
  removed from xxxxxxP0, xxxxxxM0 and xxxxxxX0 jobs.
  3.Strengthens the check of apply records to avoid unexpected
  apply error.
  4.Outputs Base configuration report and OSC internal jobs
  scenario report even when the job abends.
