  This new feature provides the support if the current default
  runtime environment is not active, WMLz base will
  automatically search for an alternative and eligible runtime
  environment to switch to. The alternative runtime
  environemnt must be avialable and active for this WMLz base
  instance. Once switched, the alternative runtime environment
  becomes the new default runtime environment automatically.
