  Upon investigation the event was timing out and throwing the
  message CWZIP1110.  The PureApplication system retries the
  event and is successful.  The code will be changed to wait
  before throwing the message CWZIP1110.

Problem summary

• The databse write failure needs a try / catch to raise an event
  and retry the operation.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been updated in PureApplication System version
  2.1.0.0 interim fix 1.
