Emails are not sent to email address in IBM Cognos Analytics

Troubleshooting


Problem

If an email address is added in To or CC fields in email options in addition to users no email is sent to this email address while other recipients do get emails. This is also reflected in the number of recipients in the history detail of the task execution.
