Error description
The diagnosis window of the client view in the Operations Center will display relevant client log data only when the sum of the timezone differences is negative between the Operations Center host and the Client Management Service host. [timezone of OC host] + [timezone of CMS host] = -01:00 to -12:00 Tivoli Storage Manager Versions Affected: Tivoli Storage Manager Operations Center version 7.1.1 on Linux and Windows Customer/L2 Diagnostics (If Applicable) A symptom of this problem will be seen in the wrapper.log of the Client Management Service web server.
