Applying Db2 High Capacity License on top of Db2 Standard Restricted Edition does not remove the memory and core limits as it should.

Troubleshooting


Problem

When you apply Db2 High Capacity License on top Db2 Standard Restricted Edition, the memory and core limits are not removed. The db2licm output still shows the limits, which is incorrect.

Symptom

The db2licm output shows as follows which is incorrect and memory and core limits are still enforced. The High Capacity License shows as "Licensed"
