Troubleshooting
Problem
Few users in IBM Cloud Pak System 2.3.3.3 multi-system environment encounter invalid username or password issues while opening the Environment Profile details.
The issue is observed when the following conditions are met:
- Users having workload read-only permission:
- The user does not have profile level permission
- The user has read-only permission on this profile
- The multi-cloud environment profile has a cloud group from only one system.
