Error description

• When tables with quoted case-sensitive table names are mapped in
  a subscription, IDR for PostgreSQL treats them as out-of-scope
  and is not mirroring any data.
  

Local fix

• Do not use quoted case-sensitive table names when mapping tables
  in subscription.
