APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • After logging out of Work Centers and logging back into the main
    Maximo UI, the start center page does not load correctly and has
    jumbled HTML code in view. Afterwards, attempting to click on
    anything will produce a session timeout message. After clicking
    this message you can then proceed as normal. This issue only
    occurs with LDAP enabled.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    Login to core Maximo (when LDAP is enabled)
    Navigate to a Work Center application (such as Manage Inventory)
    
    Sign out of work center using the user menu
    Go back to core Maximo tab
    Navigate to any application (such as Assets)
    User will be directed back to main Maximo login, since they
    logged out in the other tab
    Log back in
    
    After logging in, the page does not load correctly. Jumbled
    HTML code is on the screen
    When you refresh the page, you get a prompt saying there is a
    session timeout
    
    Click OK and you can proceed as normal without logging back in
    
    EXPECTED RESULTS:
    Users should be able to log back in without experiencing this
    session timeout message with jumbled HTML.
