Error description

• When an API was called with an incorrectly formatted field, the
  following message was written:
  GMOMW0005E: A data type conversion error occurred while the
              leaf field <field> of service interface
               <interface> was converted: IWAA1102E: Packed
               decimal sign 0 is not valid.
  
  The error message does not identify the API hitting this error.

  provide additional information according to whether the issue
  was encountered during API or service invocation.
  The fix for this APAR is expected to be delivered by the PTF for
