Error description

• As per the description APAR PH40030 delivered the first phase of
  the solution to the symptom, this APAR delivers the final
  phase.
  HPU will successfully unload data when:
  - the fix for PH36904 is enabled by specifying
  FIX(APAR_PH36904[,VERBOSE]) for VUU030/ULOPTNS
   - the unload in run in native mode
   - zIIP exploitation is requested
   - data is unloaded from a FlashCopy dataset
   - the FlashCopy dataset is allocated either through a TEMPLATE
  or a JCL statement.
  
  
  In such a case, one of the following issues - described by
  PH40030 - can occur if the situation described by PH36904 is
  met:
  - Db2 HPU hangs
  - Db2 HPU terminates in ABEND USER 1021 (ABENDU1021) reason C
  when the parmlib parameter VUX038/CHECKINT = LEVEL1
  - Db2 HPU unloads incomplete data (incorrout)
  

Local fix

• Remove FIX(APAR_PH36904[,VERBOSE]) from the value for
  VUU030/ULOPTNS to avoid the incorrect output issue to occur. Be
  aware this circumvention allows the issues described by PH36904
  to occur again - even if FlashCopy datasets allocated by JCL or
  TEMPLATE statements are not involved. To avoid this, consider
  keeping FIX(APAR_PH36904) and disable the zIIP use by specifying
   ZIIP OFF for the unload involving FlashCopy datasets allocated
  by JCL or TEMPLATE statements.
