Error description

• Steps to reproduce:
  1. Create component, component process ect.
  2. Create application, environment, top level resource ect.
  3. Add component to application created at step 1.
  4. Create application process.
  5. Create an application process property (Type "Select", Give
  some Allowed Values, with Default Value as Blank). Set required
  as false.
  6. Submit the deployment, do not select any value for property.
  7. Deployment fails with the error "Property <property name> was
  given an invalid value.
