Event Manager fails to start due to CWWIM0515E which occurs when initializing Business Automation Workflow document store

Troubleshooting

Problem

Business Automation Workflow starts successfully, but the event manager does not. You log onto the Process Admin Console and start the Event Manager monitor and there are no event managers listed.

Symptom

The SystemOut.log for Business Automation Workflow contains a message:
[8/18/21 16:06:34:386 EDT] 000000b9 SchedulerInit I CWLLG0877I: The event manager scheduler is not started. The scheduler will start when the document store is initialized.
However, there is no subsequent message that the event manager has started.  Neither is there in the SystemOut.log an error message showing that the document store did not start.
The Content Platform Engine logs shows the following error:
2021-08-18T16:07:45.912 76CD40A2 LDAP FNRCE0066W - WARN Exception building security token.

When tracing was enabled on the Business Automation Workflow server with these events enabled

then the following events were captured that show why the document store failed to start.  You will notice that the login ID used has the realm name appended to it.
