PH39828: ALL PROPERTIES ARE UPDATED WHEN DOING BATCH EDITS OF COMPONENT ENVIRONMENT PROPERTIES INSTEAD OF INDIVIDUAL ONES

Error description

• Multiple components in an application has one environment
  property with the same name.
  When the user updates the value for one component variable in
  Batch Edit mode
  it applies that value to all the variables with same name in all
  components.
  
  Step to Reproduce:
  1. Create an Application
  2. Create and Environment
  3. Create an Evironment property
  2. Create 3 Components
  3. In each component create an Environment Property with same
     name used in step 2.
  4. Add all 3 components to the Application
  5. Go to Environment -> Configuration -> Environment Properties
  6. Have "Strategy for Setting Values" as "Split values per
  component"
  7. Update the property values in each component with a unique
  value.
  8. Then "Filter by Component" and select any component.
  9. Set "Mode for Setting Values" to Batch Edit mode.
  10. Update the component with new value and save.
  11. Remove the filter.
  
  Result -
  The value for all components is set to value from Step 10.
