Problem
Studio users are unable to create Virtual Source Library and server shows error during startup:
xVy0196W SEF CONFIGURATION UPDATE RULE MGR FAILED TO PROCESS SWIRULE RULESET DEFINITION - ATTEMPTING TO BYPASS AND CONTINUE
Symptom
When attempting to create a Virtual Source Library, the following error is returned:
The PDS library dataset 'xxxx' could not be found on your server. Enter an existing library name to be used for this Source Library.
