Abstract

The Automation Anywhere license files for IBM Robotic Process Automation with Automation Anywhere (IBM RPA) v11 in fix levels older than 11.0.0.9 will expire on 30 November 2021, causing IBM RPA to be automatically disabled in any running environment. It is necessary and required to apply fix pack 11.0.0.9 to prevent this disablement from occurring.

On 30 November 2021, IBM Robotic Process Automation with Automation Anywhere (IBM RPA) 11.0.0.0 through 11.0.0.8 IF02 will reach the end of their embedded Automation Anywhere licenses. The expiration of the built-in license files for IBM RPA causes the product to cease to function on this date.

All customers that use IBM RPA 11.0.0.0 through 11.0.0.8 IF02 must upgrade their environments to IBM RPA v11.0.0.9 or higher by 30 November. The available v11 fix levels as well as a link with steps shows how to migrate to IBM RPA v19 are in the Support Lifecycle Addendum:
