The "Average Service Time" and "Average Wait Time" attributes in the Disk I/O Extended Rate Table attribute group sometimes display negative values. The "Disk Read Percent" and "Disk Write Percent attributes from same attribute group sometimes return values greater than 100%

Problem conclusion
The condition occurred when system counters would loop, therefore the current counter value could be less than the previous value. The code has been updated to handle the condition. The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance packages: | service pack | 6.3.0.7-TIV-ITM-SP0009
