• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The "Average Service Time" and "Average Wait Time" attributes in
  the Disk I/O Extended Rate Table attribute group sometimes
  display negative values. The "Disk Read Percent" and "Disk Write
  Percent attributes from same attribute group sometimes return
  values greater than 100%

  return values greater than 100%
  

Problem conclusion

• The condition occurred when system counters would loop,
  therefore the current counter value could be less than the
  previous value.   The code has been updated to handle the
  condition.
