  This APAR supports the following new functions:
  1.Users can view CFRM administrative policy information from
  z/OSMF RESTful API.
  2.Users can update CFRM administrative policy information
  from z/OSMF RESTful API.
  3.Users can activate one CFRM administrative policy from
  z/OSMF RESTful API.
