Troubleshooting
Problem
The pods in the IBM Cloud Pak for Data project fail to start, and status of the pod is set as CreateContainerConfigError
Symptom
The describe pod output shows following warning message within the events section
Warning Failed 7s (x4 over 30s) kubelet Error: container has runAsNonRoot and image has non-numeric user (shop4info), cannot verify user is non-root
