IT37808: LONG RUNNING BACKUP OR RESTORE OPERATION TERMINATES UNEXPECTEDLYWITH A TIMEOUT ERROR

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If moving data phase of copy backup or restore from copy backup
  takes more than 15 minutes, data mover terminates unexpectedly.
  This usually happens for 100GB or larger PVCs.
   Copy backup or restore from copy backup operation running
  longer than 15 minutes terminates unexpectedly with the
  following error message in SPP job log:
  CTGGK3090 The data mover for item cluster5:zen:0072-pvc failed
  to report status for some time. The backup operation has timed
  out.
