Error description

• The Mellanox firmware manager was
  called frequently (around every minute)
  by the system health monitor.
  That caused a high CPU load.

• This problem is fixed in 5.1.1  PTF 3

  The system health monitor calls the Mellanox firmware
  manager only twice a day to get data.

  There is no need for so much checking.
