Troubleshooting
Problem
When you use an SBO and run a task step, variables (for example tw.system.step.name) that were populated in that task step will be set to <Unknown> after the step is complete.

Symptom
See the expected value is correctly displayed before completing a step.
See the screen capture below, notice that instead of the step name, the value is <unknown>.
