• RAS event dir_sharedroot_perm_problem was received by mmhealth
  sometimes without a need and sometimes with a need, but the
  description of the event does not say what is wrong with the
  permissions and which permissions should be provided.
  

Local fix

• Provide the necessary permissions for
  cesSharedRoot ('rx' for 'group' and 'others').
