Problem
While installing IBM Personal Communications (32-bit) v14.0.4.0 on 32-bit MS Windows operating systems using the Refresh Pack (full installer), AnyNet SNA related files fail to copy.
Symptom
When v14.0.4.0 Refresh Pack (full installer) is installed or upgraded from a prior version, the AnyNet SNA over TCP/IP feature may not work and may exhibit unexpected behavior while using the feature.
