Problem
Deployment Health Table view on the Central Manager shows "Unit not responding" status for the Managed Unit even though the Unit is found to be healthy in all the parameters

Symptom
1) Deployment Health Table view on the Central Manager shows as "Unit not responding" status for the Managed Unit.
2) The CM Buffer Usage Monitor custom table is used as the main source of data to determine the Guardium appliances utilization levels ("Manage > Reports > Unit Utilization > Unit Utilization"). The scheduled uploads show 0 rows inserted.
