Abstract
This document provides the date of when the Memo To Users was last changed, a summary of recent changes and the link to full documents for review by release level.

The Memo To Users for supported releases were last updated October of 2023. Clients should review the full What's New details to understand recent changes and impact these may have.
October 2023 Update:
- Db2 Mirror database IASP vary off processing change was added.
- Behavior changes for RGZPFM with ALWCANCEL(*YES) was added.
- RNF5393 is now issued for CLEAR *ALL or RESET *ALL for an array of data structures was added.
- QSYS2.PTF_INFO view requires *USE authority was added.

April 2023 Update
- CHGSMTPA KEEPUNTIL now has two retention time parameters for successful and unsuccessful final status.
- Heritage Digital Certificate Manager is disabled.
- QMGTC user profile deleted in a future release.

- SQL ILE RPG precompiler change for BOOLEAN support.
- STACK_INFO unauthorized access default behavior change.
- Generate Data Definition Language (QSQGNDDL) API will now produce SQL table names for VIEW and MQT definitions.

The updates for this Memo to Users section were made at the above time frame. The actual release date of some changes documented here may not be until the next Technical Refresh (TR) date of December 2022. Check dates on the PTF specified for each entry to verify release dates.
