Error description

• This APAR provides a DBRCOUT option for the MAINTAIN function to
  generate DBRC statements. This enhancement is being implemented
  as a result of RFE 136761.
  This APAR also provides changing error message from "Pointer
  error detected" to a more descriptive error when OSAM BLKSIZE
  doesn't match DBRC. This enhancement is being implemented as a
  result of RFE 136650.

  This APAR enhances IMS HALDB Toolkit to support the following
  functions.
  - DBRCOUT option support for MAINTAIN function
  - Change error message from "Pointer Error Detected" to a more
    descriptive error when OSAM BLKSIZE doesn't match DBRC
  - Support the combination of KEYSORDR(Y) and PARTNUM parameters
  
  The PTF of the following APAR is required to use the new
  functions:
  - PH38867 IMS Online Reorganization Facility V1R1
    (FMID: HHRF110), if ONLINE(Y) is specified in IHCSYSIN for
    CONVERT and MAINTAIN functions.
  
  In addition, the following fixes have been applied in this APAR.
  - When character values including blanks are specified in a
    HALDB partition high key value, HTK issues KEYSTRING of
    INIT.PART/CHANGE.PART in a hex format. Code has been changed
    to issue KEYSTRING in a character format.
  - When character values including blanks or lower case are
    specified in a HALDB partition high key value, the string
    should be enclosed by single quotation marks. Code has been
    changed to enclose the string by single quotation marks.
