Troubleshooting
Problem
Unable to select packages using legacy studios. They are showing as greyed out and not selectable. In comparison a working package is highlighted in blue.
Symptom
- Reporting/Dashboards is able to see and use the package
- Only some packages have this problem, yet those packages share the same object permissions.
- System administrators do not have this issue
