A new feature in the IBM Support site enables you to escalate any issue or concern.
New feature: Escalate any issue or concern
IBM has launched a new feature in the IBM Support site. Clients can now click Escalate an issue at the bottom of the Support page to initiate escalation for any issues or concerns that are not being addressed. Escalate an issue offers a simplified online process for notifying IBM that your case/concern needs additional attention, and connects you more quickly with resources who can help. This feature is available for all IBM products, processes and services.
Alternatively, you still have at your disposal the Escalate Case button to initiate escalation of your support cases, which is now available for all software and hardware supported products.
