Enable Cognos 11.x Analysis Studio Default View with Suppression

Summary

After upgrading from Cognos 10 to Cognos 11, there may be behavioural changes in Analysis Studio default view relating to overall column and row suppression. For example, in a C10 report, the null columns are not shown, whereas in C11, you are able to see the null columns in the default view.
