PH37950: ENVIRONMENT TEMPLATE NAME IS GETTING CUT OFF FOR LONGER NAMES WHEN SELECTING IN APPLICATION TEMPLATE - ENVIRONMENT TEMPLATE PAGE

Error description

• Steps to reproduce :
  
  1) Goto Application Template page
  2) Create an application template "AppTemp1"
  3) Go to Environment Template page
  4) Create Environment Template with long names such as
  "Environment template for testing A" and "Environment template
  for testing B"
  5) Goto applications page - click on "Create Application from
  template"
  6) Select Application Template as "AppTemp1"
  7) On Environment Template page , Beside Environments press "+"
  symbol.
  
  The names are not showing completely visible.
  They are truncated after 10 characters in the UI
  The value "Environmen..." for both templates is displayed.
