IBM Spectrum Protect Operations Center fails at login due to missing certificate

Troubleshooting


Problem

When trying to log in to the IBM Spectrum Protect Operations Center, the following message might be seen:
The IBM Spectrum Protect server is not available or there was an issue creating an SSL connection. Verify that the server is running and that the certificate is valid. Try to log in again.
