Error description

• In RPP 9.7.0, USER prefix is wrongly generated in a DDL
  for AS SELECT and FROM
  
  To generate the name without prefix, it is required to add a
  period "." before the external name in the -DR lines (.NAME)
  
  This does not work in clauses AS SELECT and FROM,
  for which the prefix is generated even if external name
  is .NAME
