  CICS tasks are not excluded from CICS PA reports when Selection
  Criteria are specified. This issue is caused by the value of
  response time for long running transactions exceeding their four
  byte limit after converting to a STCK value for comparison.
  

Problem conclusion

• CICS PA Selection Criteria processing has been enhanced to
  support the large number comparison.
