Error description

• Problem:
  BudgetRuleProc, BudgetRuleProcTrans, and ReportAttachUNCPath
  objects should have Primary Key Columns defined to prevent
  duplicate records from being created
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  
  After installing TPAE 7.6.1.2 Fix Pack, the Integrity Checker
  raises the following WARNING messages:
  
  BMXAA0416I -- Verifying that an index exists for the primary key
  column sequence of each table. Wed May 12 15:19:39 MST 2021
  BMXAA0442W -- Warning - BMXAA0471W -- No primary key sequence is
  defined on the table. Review the table and decide if a primary
  key sequence is required
  
  Expected Results:
  That these tables have a Primary Key
