This document describes how to download the Passport Advantage artifacts for IBM Financial Transaction Manager 4.0.4.

IBM Financial Transaction Manager 4.0.4 integrates, orchestrates, and monitors financial transactions. It delivers consistent processing across multiple payment types, enabling banks and financial institutions to converge their payment operations on to a single platform. Financial Transaction Manager can accelerate the delivery of improved financial products and services to customers.
Adding support for Red Hat OpenShift enables Financial Transaction Manager 4.0.4 and IBM Financial Transaction Manager for Check to participate in a hybrid cloud environment.
Red Hat OpenShift can simplify open, hybrid, multicloud deployment options. Containerized offerings for Red Hat OpenShift leverage your existing investment and provide the following important benefits:
- Deployment flexibility, giving organizations the flexibility to move container workloads across on-premises, hybrid, and public cloud infrastructures, as well as the freedom to choose from supported cloud service providers
- Certified containers that are validated on the Red Hat OpenShift container platform and are built by using Kubernetes standards and best practices
- Speed time to market and potential lower costs since containerized applications and open technology tool sets simplify application deployment and management for DevOps, and deliver important business advantages
Financial Transaction Manager, and Financial Transaction Manager for Check 4.0.4 enhancements can:

Downloading and assembling the product
The IBM Financial Transaction Manager software that supports the Financial Transaction Manager development environment, including an optional Db2 Standard Edition database, can be downloaded from Passport Advantage®, if you are authorized to do so.
- Access the Passport Advantage Online website here.
- Sign in.
- Select the Find by part number search option under Download finder options.
- Search for each downloadable image by part number (parts are listed and described by platform in the following table)
- Download all of the parts you need.
- Unpack, if appropriate, each of the parts into a single, temporary directory on your system.
- Follow the instructions in the relevant product documentation websites to install the product.
