Error description

• The mmfs.log may be filled with netstat:
  not found messages on systems
  running SLES 15.  This is the result
  of running mmdiag --network
  command explicitly or through mmhealth monitoring service
  which uses the netstat command.
  

Local fix

• Install the deprecated net-tools package.
