Error description
If the admin ID (native IBM Spectrum Protect Plus or LDAP ID) is deleted that created an SLA is deleted, the SLA will fail to run with the following error. Job log shows: Failed to create task: Your user credentials are not recognized. Provide User Name and Password again or contact the System Administrator. Virgo log shows: Your user credentials are not recognized. Provide username and password again or contact the System Administrator. Failed to create task: Your user credentials are not recognized. Provide username and password again or contact the System Administrator. Problem in adding task, reason: java.lang.Exception: Your user credentials are not recognized. Local fix
Log in to the UI with an admin ID. Update any field in the SLA and save it. Then, rerun the SLA.

Problem conclusion
The problem mentioned in error description occurs when an LDAP group is removed from Spectrum Protect Plus UI. It occurs for all the jobs created by the LDAP users associated with the LDAP group that got removed. As part of problem resolution, when LDAP groups get removed from Spectrum Protect Plus UI, the product automatically assigns the jobs related with this LDAP group to native admin user.
