This document contains fix list information for:

The following tables provide a complete listing of the available FTM for Digital Payments fixes on all platforms. Multiplatforms fixes are available on Fix Central.
Note:
- Unless stated otherwise, interim fixes are cumulative and include prior interim fixes.

Resolution: Fixed an issue to use the name value from EWS when populating the RecipientType to prevent potential deserialisation issue. |

Resolution: Fixed an issue with reading inbound Zelle payments by Network (Zelle) Payment ID. Now, when the ReadCXCPayments (by key) is used, inbound payments are correctly returned by the web service. |

Resolution: The event type of heartbeat for the OFACSimulator was changed to not log the heartbeat event. |

Resolution: TCH Status page permissions in the sample configuration were changed to be in the TCH Administrator Group rather than the TCH Supervisor Group to match the pattern of permission assignment used in Digital Payments.

Problem: No trace number information is displayed for the response to request for return of funds (camt.029) on the Inbound Transactions.
Resolution: Internal changes for the non-payment database views now display the trace number information.

Problem: A number of fields are blank for the Services Framework component in auditing.
Resolution: When an instance of the Transmission Acknowledgment task was restarted, it created an audit entry. The audit entry was not showing the participant information (participant ID, participant name, and participant version) that is related to the task instance. The task was updated so that the participant information is shown in the audit entry that is created on task restart.

Problem: The displayInboundTransactions API needs to support returning error data.
Resolution: The web service that retrieves the list of inbound transactions available in the system, ws/svc/inboundtransactions, now supports a new extension ERROR_DATA for errors and warnings that are associated with transactions. This extension is in addition to the existing extension, RELATED_TRANSACTION.

Problem: 403 Forbidden received when a Db2 graceful takeover is done.
Resolution: When Db2 was not available and a web services call was made, an HTTP 403 response was returned instead of an HTTP 500 response. The fix makes sure that a proper HTTP 500 response is returned.

Problem: Gateway is not assigning messages from channel as originated.
Resolution: Resolved a defect in Gateway where TARGET2 outbound payments did not have their origination flag set to Yes.

Resolution: Added table indexes to help resolve the problem.

Problem: "Zelle process complete" WIP Records are not being marked as complete
Resolution: The com.ibm.paydir.ima.txsvr.event.appbridge.ZelleCompletePresentmentStatesEventHandler Event Handler in the Transaction Server scheduler no longer allows the "responseRequired" parameter. If supplied, Transaction Server fails to start. It was disallowed because it isn't supported by the Zelle EJB.
