PH37577: IDENTIFY CUSTOM OPTIONS 9 & 13 AS DEPRECATED; BETTER AUTHORIZATION ERROR HANDLING

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Optim Custom Options 9 and 13 were superceded by the
  introduction of Site and User options
  "Defer Auth-Check for Batch".  Therefore they should not be
  ENABLED.  This fix properly identifies them as such to
  discourage their use as the logic supporting them no longer
  is present.
  
  This fix also provides more graceful handling of the DB2
  authorization errors reported with SQLCODEs -551, -552 and 4726.

  As deprecated options the status field should not identify them
  as 'ENABLED' or 'DISABLED' and the line commands to modify them
  should not be allowed.
  

Problem conclusion

• Logic has been added to prevent the 'ENABLE' and 'DISABLE' line
  commands from being applicable to deprecated options.
