Abstract

Anywhere 7.6.4 applications for iOS are currently removed from the App Store. This is a temporary action and our Development Team is working to address this.

UPDATE 27th May - The issue has been resolved; the apps will be published in the App Store and made available in each country.
This process might take some time until the apps review and published will be completed.

UPDATE - May 26th

Root cause of the problem has been firmly identified and the repair has been developed. We are tentatively planning to request publishing of the apps by May 26th - after which Apple will go through the publishing process.

UPDATE - May 25th

Developers have been able to identify the root cause of the issue, noting the problem is not in the current new code but rather something not previously known or unexpected within the prior version. Our Developers are working on the new code at the moment to address this and prevent from reoccurring. They are progressing well and, once finalized, the IBM team will complete initial tests and the app will then be submitted to Apple for publication. Once submitted to Apple, Apple will then review and publish per their process.
