  ABEND S213-16 ( ABEND213 RSN16 ) in reading OSAM database
  data set that is large format when IMSDBREFRESH command is
  processing in either of the following cases.
  - checking reorganization number in source OSAM HALDB partition
    data set when the DBRC-ACTION(REORG) keyword is specified and
    HALDB partition reorganization number verification is enabled
    on target RECONs.
  - applying DB update logs with target OSAM database data set
    when the FUZZY-COPY(Y) keyword and the LOG-APPLY(Y) keyword
    are specified.
  

Problem conclusion

• Install the APAR to fix the above problems for the IMSDBREFRESH
  command.
