Error description

  • Problem description:
    Location Hierarchy in Service Request Work Center displays
    incorrect results
    
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1. Go to work center, service request and create a new record.
    2. Describe the issue, "TEST " click next
    
    3. Who is the request for? click next,
    
    4. Add a photo or video, select NO
    
    5. Select a location from list "MAIN OFFICE" click the
    hyperlink button
    6.Click the hyperlink button again and select Location "FLOOR 1"
    from the list
    7.The list shows "Line" is child of "FLOOR 1"
    8. Now click the (Lookup) magnifying glass button this will show
    235 records.
    9. Now using (Lookup ) user does not know, which is a child
    record and which is not
    10. select  location "532" from the list, click set the
    location.
    11. Skip the select Asset step.
    
    RESULT:
    Before submitting the Service Request the location shows MAIN
    OFFICE > FLOOR1 > 532
    
    The output of Location is correct but the path in the Hierarchy
     is incorrect.
    
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    Not working when clicking from hyperlinks, we should get the
    same records when selecting from Lookups,
