Error description

  • Jobs upgraded from Cognos Analytics 11.1.2 to 11.1.4+ Clears out
    Job Steps in new Glass UI when using Email Delivery, however
    exists when viewed using Classic View.
    

Local fix

  • A local fix would be to update the Job definition in Cognos
    Analytics 11.1.4+ releases using Classic View mode to remove the
    Email delivery option and have only Save report output. Save and
    exist. Edit the Job definition again in new Glass UI, the Job
    Steps reappear. Edit the Job Steps to set the Email delivery
    options again in new Glass UI.
    
    Following on the Job definition is in sync with the new Glass
    UI.
