Troubleshooting
Problem
After applied FP3 on the MDM 9.5, the java process for the engine can not be started.
Symptom
When trying to run wa/appservertools/startAppServer.sh, only the msg of AWSBHU620I is shown.
Check ps -ef output but can not find java process is running, and the application port 31116 is not listening.
Check the Liberty log message.log and it keeps reporting the following permission denied" errors against all files inside the Liberty/lib dir.
