Troubleshooting
Problem
The following error message appears when launching DOORS Client on workstation:
"The specified user certificate could not be found"
Symptom
The following components are installed on workstations:
- License Key Administrator
- DOORS database server
- DOORS Client
After installing all the components, user tries to launch DOORS Client and following error is prompted:
"The specified user certificate could not be found".
