Problem
Conversion of a sequential storage pool to a cloud-container storage pool exhibits poor performance without any obvious reason.
Symptom
CONVERT STGPOOL process is processing data from the input storage pool much more slowly than expected.
Transfer of data from the IBM Spectrum Protect server to cloud storage is performed at a satisfactory rate.
