Problem conclusion
Benefits of the solution: Since Debian/Ubuntu introduced Multiarch Architecture Specifiers, most libraries live in a /usr/lib/<architecture>-linux-gnu/ directory. This is now considered by the systemhealth monitor. So on a x86_64 Ubuntu machines, the libraries are also searched under the /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/ directory.
